无机纳米粒子在生命科学中有着广泛的应用。由于其体积小,比表面积大,可用于给药和器官、细胞的靶向作用。它们也能穿透细胞膜,从而作为生物分子进入活细胞的载体。银纳米颗粒作为抗菌药物在消费品和生物医药领域的应用越来越广泛。介绍了无机纳米颗粒在生物医学中的应用原理,包括生物可降解的磷酸钙纳米颗粒、银纳米颗粒和合金银金纳米颗粒。

Introduction:

Inorganic Nanoparticles have many applications in the life sciences. Due to their small size and high specific surface area, they can be used for drug delivery and in vivo-targeting of organs and cells. They can also penetrate the cell membrane and can thereby act as carriers of biomolecules into living cells. Silver nanoparticles are increasingly used as antibacterial agent in consumer products and in biomedicine. The principles of the application of inorganic nanoparticles in biomedicine are demonstrated on biodegradable calcium phosphate nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles and alloyed silver-gold nanoparticles.

Matthias Epple教授,2007年入选英国皇家化学学会会士,2008年担任世界生物材料学会常务理事(美国),2010年担任德国生物材料学会理事长,日本先进医疗器械研究院客座教授,发表科技论文700余篇,SCI收录203篇,H因子32,出版学术专著4部,发现了制备纳米银稳定态及其在生物医学上的应用,曾获得美国国家科学基金、德国、澳大利亚、英国、意大利、波兰、爱尔兰、以色列、卢森堡、瑞典和荷兰等国家科学基金资助。2013年Evonik(赢创)创新奖获得者;2007年入选英国皇家化学学会外籍会士;德国科学院颁发的迈耶尔—莱布尼兹奖章;德国热分析学会Netzsch-GEFTA最年轻科学家奖;日本先进医疗器械外国专家奖。Matthias Epple教授在纳米生物材料研究工作,特别是在仿生无机材料的结晶和病态结晶现象获得丰硕成果颇受世界生物材料领域关注。

Speaker’s Biography

Professor Matthias Epple was elected to the royal society of chemistry in 2007.He was standing director of world biomaterials society(USA)in 2008.In 2010, he served as president of the German society biomaterials and as visiting professor in institute of advanced medical devices in Japan.He has published more than 700 scientific papers, 203 SCI papers, H factor 32 and 4 academic monographs.He found the preparation of nano silver steady state and its application in biomedicine.He has received national science funds from the United States, Germany, Australia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg,Sweden and the Netherlands.He was the winner of 2013 Evonik innovation award. He was elected to the royal society of chemistry in 2007.The German academy of sciences presented the meier leibniz medal to him. His awards also include the Netzsch-GEFTA young scientist award and Japanese advanced medical equipment foreign expert award. Professor Matthias Epple works on nano-biomaterials, especially the crystallization and morbid crystallization of biomimetic inorganic materials. His work has been paid much attention in the world biomaterials fields.
