Gerlof de Boer曾就职于海上石油/天然气工程公司,已从事海上风电超过10年,负责多个重大项目的系统仿真及评估工作,有着丰富的海上风机土壤、基础、环境评估经验。

Gerlof de Boer has worked for offshore oil/gas engineering company. He has been engaged in offshore wind power for more than 10 years, He is responsible for
system simulation and evaluation of several major projects and has rich experience in soil, foundation and environmental assessment of offshore wind turbines.
